The pros of leading with your opportunity is that you are putting people directly in front of your opportunity. This is the straightest path to building your business.

The cons of this method, when done online, is that you either need to position yourself in areas online where people are looking for ways to make money. Or you either have to learn how to bring prospects to you. The problem is that you, the business owner, are likely hanging around online in areas with other business owners...people who already have a business.

Do see the problem?

Sure you'll run into people once in awhile who may join your organization, but wouldn't you like a less passive way to building your business besides hoping someone will quit theirs to join yours?

Not to mention when you try to build your business in this particular manner, your business expenses will eat you alive unless you're able to get people into your organization on a consistent basis.
